Juva Clock

Nine markers from one blood test, plus your age. The PhenoAge model turns them into a biological age you can track over time.

  1. 1. Get a routine blood test

A blood chemistry panel, a complete blood count and CRP. Most clinics order these together.

  2. 2. Find each value on the report

Look for the short names shown next to each field, like ALB or MCV. Copy the number as printed.

  3. 3. Pick the unit next to it

Choose the unit your lab printed beside the number. If it looks off, the form tells you what to change.

In full years, for example 42.

Blood chemistry

Usually called a metabolic or biochemistry panel on your report.

A protein your liver makes. It reflects nutrition and inflammation.

Typical adult range: 35-52 g/LMost reports use g/L (around 45). US reports often use g/dL (around 4.5).

A waste product your kidneys filter out. It shows how well they work.

Typical adult range: 45-110 µmol/Lµmol/L in most of Europe (around 80). mg/dL in the US (around 0.9).

Blood sugar, measured after 8 or more hours without food.

Typical adult range: 3.9-5.5 mmol/Lmmol/L in Europe (around 5). mg/dL in the US (around 90).

An enzyme from your liver and bones.

Typical adult range: 40-130 U/LUsually reported in U/L (around 70).

Complete blood count

Often labeled CBC or hemogram. Values for red and white blood cells.

The share of your white blood cells that are lymphocytes.

%

Typical adult range: 20-40 %Use the percentage (LYM%), not the absolute count (LYM#).

The average size of your red blood cells.

fL

Typical adult range: 80-100 fL

How much your red blood cells differ in size.

%

Typical adult range: 11.5-14.5 %Use RDW-CV in %, not RDW-SD in fL.

Your white blood cell count: the cells that fight infection.

Typical adult range: 4-10 10³/µL10³/µL and 10⁹/L give the same number (around 6).

Inflammation

C-reactive protein is sometimes a separate line or a separate test.

A marker of inflammation in the body. A high-sensitivity (hs-CRP) result is best.

Typical adult range: under 5 mg/LIf your report shows a value like <0.5, enter 0.5.

Your result shows here.

You need one standard blood panel: a metabolic panel, a complete blood count and a CRP test. Most labs report all nine values.
